Dentures

Do you feel self-conscious about your smile because you’re missing teeth? Or avoid eating certain foods because they’re difficult for you to chew? Perhaps you’re suffering from pain and discomfort due to poorly fitting dentures?

If so, our high-quality, custom-made, and handcrafted dentures could be the ideal solution.

Modern, very comfortable and made of premium materials, they can help you restore your natural smile and feel confident again.

What are dentures?

Dentures are removable replacements for your natural teeth when you have suffered from tooth loss. They can help you enjoy your favourite foods again, hide missing teeth, improve your smile, and give your confidence the boost you deserve.

Custom-designed and made by our experienced dental technicians, you can choose between partial dentures if you have just a few teeth missing or full dentures to replace a complete set.

Why get dentures?

Dentures are an ideal solution for those who have missing teeth.

Cost-effective, non-invasive, and removable, they can give you a natural-looking smile and allow you to eat your favourite foods again.

We know that deciding to have dentures is a big decision so we will explain fully why they might be the best option for you. There are many reasons why some of our patients choose dentures. These are the main ones:

  • You have gaps between your teeth that affect your smile.
  • You struggle to eat certain types of food.
  • Your natural teeth are loose or painful.
  • You feel self-conscious about smiling.
  • Your speech is affected by your missing teeth.

Your journey to dentures

When you visit us for your dentures, we’ll ensure that you feel totally comfortable during treatment and have natural-looking custom-made dentures when you leave.

You’ll need to attend four appointments to ensure you have the perfect fit and are 100% happy with your beautiful dentures. Here’s the process that you will go through:

1: Consultation
Before treatment starts, we’ll ask you to come for an initial consultation so that your dentist can examine your mouth, assess your unique needs, and then explain the procedure and cost. When you are happy to go ahead, we’ll create a treatment plan, and you can make your first appointment.

2: Impressions
At your first appointment, we’ll take impressions (a mould) of your mouth and then send them off to our brilliant lab technicians. They will then create a special wax bite block and tray that we can use to ensure the perfect fit.

3: Creating the perfect match
When you arrive for your second appointment, we will use this wax block and tray to record the bite of your teeth and natural gum shape and assess the exact shade of your teeth so we can create a match. This will be sent back to the lab where our technicians will create your first trial denture.

4: Trial denture assessment
Next, you’ll be invited for an appointment to check the fit, comfort and bite of your dentures. This allows us to make those tiny final adjustments and then create your beautiful, finished dentures.

4: Your brand-new smile
Once these adjustments have been made, you can return for your final appointment and get fitted with your brand-new dentures. You’ll also receive detailed aftercare advice and can go and enjoy your new, younger-looking smile.
