What are dental veneers?
Made from high-quality porcelain and 100% customised to suit your natural smile, they’re an outstanding, durable solution for:
- Creating a picture-perfect smile that you can be proud of.
- Concealing damaged, broken, cracked or stained teeth.
- Hiding gaps between your teeth.
- Fixing uneven or misshapen teeth.
Dental veneers are permanent cosmetic dental enhancements because treatment involves removing a thin layer of your natural tooth or teeth. If you’d like something temporary and non-invasive, please speak to our team to discuss alternative cosmetic options.
Why get dental veneers?
- To fix minor cosmetic problems like chips, cracks, gaps, misalignment, or discolouration.
- To replace damaged enamel and reduce cavities.
- Whiten their smile.
- Achieve a more attractive appearance for a special occasion.
- To smile with confidence.

Your dental veneer journey
At this appointment, you can ask any questions you may have, understand the process, and learn what the total cost would be. We’ll ensure you have a full understanding of the process and not blind you with any technical jargon!
Once we are all happy to go ahead, we will take impressions (a mould) of your mouth and then send them to our experienced technicians. They will use this to make a customised wax cast of your teeth using wax alongside a model of your finished dental veneers.
When these have returned from the lab, you will return for your first treatment session. Your dentist will gently remove a thin layer of tooth enamel to prepare for your beautiful veneers. If needed, you may be fitted with temporary veneers so you can continue to eat normally.
Finally, you will be invited back for your final dental veneer appointment where your dentist will place your brand new veneers to your teeth, make adjustments and fix them permanently into place.
Mission complete and you can get on with enjoying your dazzling new smile!
