Rebecca Thorpe

Dentist

Rebecca has worked at Tyneside Dental since 2019. Prior to this, Rebecca graduated from Sheffield University in 2006 and completed two years of General Professional Training at Newcastle Dental Hospital. Then, Rebecca worked as SHO in Oral Medicine and Sedation where she was involved with undergraduate training and treating patients. Throughout this time, Rebecca also worked in general dental practice and was a clinical mentor for EU and non-EU dentists wishing to work in the NHS. Rebecca is keenly interested in delivering oral health education and undertakes outreach programs, regularly visiting nurseries, schools, and youth projects throughout the North East. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys cooking, swimming, barre classes, and looking after her rabbits, Peony & Lilibet, and her therapy dog, Pebble.
